Motherboard: Intel S5520SC (Intel 5520 EATX)
Reason: As this is a server motherboard, some desktop features are not present: standby/sleep functionality is not guaranteed, and this board does not support the "Hibernation" feature built into Windows. SATA ports do not support hot swap. Crossfire support is limited to video cards under 300W max. (http://www.pugetsystems.com)

CPU: 2 x Intel Xeon E5640 (2.66GHz) QUAD CORE 80W
Reason: With CPU at 2.66GHz run the graphic programs will be easier and faster.

RAM: Kingston 48GB DDR3-1333 REG ECC (6x8GB)
Reason: The ram is needed to be at least 48GB in order to smoothly run the graphic programs. Additionally, we can run two graphic programs at the same time.

Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 6970 2GB (XFX, Asus, MSI, or Sapphire)
Reason: 2GB graphic is the biggest in present day. Graphic designer PC need this big graphic in order to design a better quality of graphic games, video, etc.

Sound Card: Onboard Sound
Reason: Sound play quite important  role in graphic design.

Controllers (Adapter Cards):
Reason: The adapter card helps connect PC to PC with various of speed. This is useful for graphic designer who use two or more PC.

Networking (Adapter Cards): 802.11n wireless USB Adapter
Reason: Internet and other connectivity are also important. Just in case we need to do research.

Hard Drive: 600GB Intel 320 SSD 2.5 Inch
Reason: Internal hard drive need at least this much to store more graphical files which is too big. Also we need the external one to store more.

Reason: After our video is published we can play our video in high quality.

Reason: This accessory is not necessary.

Case: Antec P193 V3 (Gunmetal Grey)
Reason: This case has an extra protection. We need our file in there to be the safest as possible. Designing a graphic takes too much time to complete. If the data lost, we might have no feeling to do it anymore.

Power Supply: Antec CP-1000 1000W Power Supply
Reason: This power supply performing include twelve hundred, P183 and P193 with an excellence price.

CPU Cooling: 2 x Puget Hydro CL3 Liquid Cooling System for 1366
Reason: This cooling use liquid to cool down the PC which is qualified for graphic designers.

Monitor: Asus 21.5 Inch LCD w/ LED and Speakers (1920 x 1080)
Reason: This is 2 in 1 monitor. It is the LCD monitor with 21.5 inch which is big enough to view in high quality video.

Speakers: None
Reason: If our monitor already included speakers in it, there's no need to buy more in other to save some money.

Keyboard: Logitech Wireless MX5500 Combo
Reason: This keyboard use wireless which is easier to use for a busy graphic designers.

Mouse: Wireless Mouse
Reason: Graphic design's office generally is messy cause of lots of PC and paper work. This mouse is useful if the desk is messy cause there's no need to plug in the cable which is more complicated use.

Conclusion:
To conclude, graphic designers need the best possible computer in order to produce more quality images, video, games, etc. Also graphic designers received more salary according to their designing which is pretty much to recover their budget on buy those computers.

Adobe Photoshop

Review:
Adobe Photoshop is a program use to design already existed images. We can take a photo with our camera and then insert it to our pc and redesign it by adding more details or delete some details, etc. The most common thing people do when open this program is redesign the already existed images. People rarely draw from the beginning using photoshop.

Pros:

• It is professional in editing images.
• A fast running programs
• It also has 3D options.

Cons:

• The program is designed for pros. to use
• Junior cannot use this program

Summary:
I have used this program since I was grade 10 in high school. I used this program to edit the photo that I took and also I added some effect to it. I’m not a professional in photoshop but since I’ve learned a little bit about it, I’m be able to use it for extremely simple things like: erasing, add colors and other simple stuff.

Windows Movie Maker

Review:
Windows movie maker is used for cut or add video clip to one another. Of course, it’s function is not only that but also we can edit the sound and add or remove them at the accurate time we want. There’s also subtitles function.

Pros:

• It is simple but powerful software for multimedia
• It’s function is simple

Cons:

• This program consuming a lot of time to create a final video

Summary:
I have used this program in my portfolio project during my English Prep School year. I recorded videos, then cut it and mix it with other videos to create one video. Also, I added subtitles in order for audiences feel easy to understand. And finally, I design some interface of the video to make it more attractive.

3Ds Max

Review:
3ds Max is a computer graphic software that designers may use it to design 3d objects. 3ds Max is not only produce images, but it also produce 3d animated video. Only professional can use this software. However, junior designers also can use this software but only design simple things or simple animation. But this didn’t mean that juniors cannot become professionals. Before we became a professional in something we need to learn first. So, this is the same thing.
Pros:

• The program is really effective in graphic design
• The interface is designed to be easy for the user to work on their project
• It has a lot of options to choose. For example, we can hide/show things
• Every level of designers can use this program

Cons:

·         Because it has a lot of functions, tools, and other options made user confuse

Summary:

I’m a junior graphic designers and I have used 3Ds Max for my simple 3D designs. Since I’m still in foundation year in Zaman University, I don’t have any instructor to guide how to use it. But I still learn do simple thing by myself. For example, design a 3D ice-cream and other simple stuff.

I’m studying at Zaman University. My major is Graphic Design and Multimedia. My task is to design as much as possible during school years. And of course, I also observe outside world. The three of the software that I will use as an examples are: Autodesk 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Windows Movie Maker.

HISTORY of HAMBURGER

If we think about fast foods, usually hamburgers pop out of nowhere in our head. The birth place of hamburger is America and Germany. Hamburger was first originated in the 15^th century. There is still the controversy over who first created hamburger. Hamburger is in sandwich category. This kind of sandwich is consisting of a cooked patty of ground meat and vegetables placed inside a sliced bread roll is called hamburger. The most famous hamburger in America is American cheese burger. This kind of food is served as main course. Some other region haven’t had chance to taste a hamburger yet. I believe the first time they had a hamburger would be like paradise. That’s what I experienced when I first ate a hamburger.

Star Wars

Star Wars is the American science fiction novel that was first appeared in 1977 called Star Wars episode IV The New Hope. Episode V Empire Strike Back was released in 1980. Next Star Wars episode VI Return of the Jedi released in 1983. Episode I, II and III was released after episode IV, V and VI because the technologies are limited at that period of time. Episode I was called The Phantom Menace in 1999. Episode II Attack of the Clones released in 2002. Revenge of the Sith was named for the episode III, released in 2005. This film was directed by George Walton Lucas, Jr.. The plot was interesting since the beginning the start of the film. Even though, the film was born long time ago, it is still famous all around the world till now, especially in Turkish.

STUDY BEYOND THE LIMIT MIGHT TRIGGERED MENTAL PROBLEM

Every parents want their child to have high education. So, sometime they force their children to do their homework and study or review the lesson if they had to. Similarity, sometime their children love to study so much. They keep study and study because of their head is full of question and they want to find out. Often they didn’t get enough sleep, relax, spending their time with their family, etc. So, this might trigger mental problem can cause them to lost their mind and become a crazy person. The real example is one of my neighbor. He over did himself that made him a crazy person. One day when I was sitting on a chair outside, he walk towards me and ask me “What is the different size of Cambodia thousand years ago and Cambodia now a day?” I don’t even know him. I haven’t even answered yet and he continue his walk and spin his head around at the same time. My other neighbors told me that because of he over studied and make him like that.

LAVIATHAN

Leviathan is also known as a legendary sea creature, believe to be exist in folktales and ancient story. It can breathe fire from it’s nostril.  Some cultures believe it was some kind of big fish and other culture believe that it is a kind of giant sea serpent. First, Nessie, Lochness monster, were believed as Leviathan in the story. According to religious belief, Laviathan created tsunami, include now a day tsunami. Leviathan is a sign of evil so the god punish him, in terms of it’s power and destruction. This mythological creature was believed in ancient time in the Bible culture. 

Influence of Video Game

Now a day video games influence young children so much. It make our juniors keep finding reasons to not to attend their class. This has been a problem since video games was first created. They got addicted by this gaming technology. In addition, this is not the only problem. Young children try to imitate the character from the game. For example, the game was so violence included killing and murdering other people. This is one big problem that government trying to solve by create a law said that: Children below 18 won’t be allowed to play such violence game. This strategy is not working well. The law itself couldn’t help if parents themselves don’t get strict to their children. One other big issue is that children play video games without time limit. They play day and night because they are badly addicted. This could cost too much to their health.  

KOMODO DRAGON

Komodo dragon is referred to reptile family. The first time it has been spotted by people, we thought that it was the real dragon in the legend. It was a hundred of years ago.  It lives in hot and dry place. They live in Lesser Sunda Islands Indonesia for millions of years. The biggest ever found was 10 feet (3 meters) in length and more than 300 pounds. They are the heaviest lizard ever walked on earth. They have long, flat heads with rounded snouts, scaly skin, bowed legs, and huge, muscular tails (Kenneth Garrett. 1888). They got deadly mouth. His prey never escapes alive if they got bitten. Within 24 hours, the infected prey usually dies because of blood poisoning and the predator himself will track them using their keen sense of smell to hone in on the corps.

Paranormal

Weird things happened around the world. Some people believe the event but some don’t. It depends on people. People that believe on this so much, we call them believer. These people have strong connection to the religious. The most common thing that likely to happen sometime to some people is encounter the spirit of ghost. This paranormal activity has been spoken from time to time, told by elders to children orally. Scientist cannot explain clearly about the event. As the matter of fact, scientists have no idea. Everyone tried to use modern technology to capture those events and prove it, such as digital camera, sound recorder, and video capture hidden inside their home or the suspicious places. Unfortunately, nothing happen.

Elephant's Ancestor

Mammoth is the mammals that lived during the Ice Age period. Scientist believed that this species is the ancestor of the modern age elephant. Just like human, our ancestors were believed as the caveman or primal. The differences between mammoth and elephant are mammoth had thick fur but elephant don’t have any fur, mammoth is much bigger than elephant, and mammoth’s trunk are much curved than the elephant. They are similar to human history, there are little differences. These elephant-like species and caveman were lived in the same period. Mammoth were located at North America and Europe but the species extinct long time ago around 1,650 BC. 

Elephants and History

Elephant is a kind of unique animal that found in India and Africa. The elephant ancestor was believed to be the mammoth that lived during the ice age period but now they’re extinct. Elephants are believed to be the biggest herbivores ever walk on earth. Elephant in ancient time were use in the war, we called it "War Elephant". According to Chhayhak Ty, college student from Zaman University, elephants are used as the tank. They provide soldiers chance to enter deep inside the battle field without lose much members but few nation used them. India trained their elephants to battle really deadly and fiercely. For instance, Alexander the Great travel from his homeland and conquered many nations through Europe until he reached India in Asia. He conquered the nations on his way easily but he’s end his journey in India. Battles with India army was his most tragedy battle he ever face as he never saw elephants before and he first seen it during the battles, he almost lost his life in that battles. 

 There are more stories about elephants. In some folktales, the author often use elephants as the main character too because of it's humbleness and strong personalities is a sign of wisdom and wise.

Greek Mythology

                There are some mysteries left behind in this world by the first people who first born. Those people create the most interesting things. For example, interesting architectures yet they create the interesting religious belief. One of the most interesting religious beliefs is Greek’s mythology. Greek has created the most interesting mythology of all including gods, heroes and creatures. Now a day scholar studied them, attempt to brighten the religious and political institutions of ancient Greece. Greeks four most popular gods were: Primordial gods (Titans), Zeus (king of all gods), Poseidon (king of the sea), Hades (rules the underworld).  While there were few concepts universal to all the Greek peoples, there were common beliefs share by many.

Aurora Lights

                The collision of charged particles directed by the Earth’s magnetic field cause a natural light called Aurora, displayed in the sky. Aurora Lights usually appeared at night and typically occurs in the ionosphere, a part of the upper atmosphere. And these lights only appear in deep inside the polar regions. Plus, this phenomenon appears infrequently and often invisible to eyes. These things were believed in religious also. For example, in Cree, they called this “Dance of Spirits”. In the middle age in Europe, they believe the lights were a sign from a God (see Wilfried Schröder, Das Phänomen des Polarlichts, Darmstadt 1984).
